Meanwhile, Alia and Ranbir Kapoor , along with Neetu Kapoor , were spotted at their underconstruction Krishna Raj Bungalow in Bandra, Mumbai. It has been reported that the couple plans to name their luxurious new home after their daughter Raha. The bungalow, estimated to cost around Rs 250 crore, is set to be one of the most opulent residences in Mumbai, standing tall with the likes of Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan's Jalsa. Last month, Alia mentioned in an interview that she hopes Raha will develop an interest in the arts, whether it be an instrument, a dance form, or a sport. Alia also expressed regret that she herself never learned to play an instrument.
